Climb Greece was created along with the new Greece Sport Climbing guidebook to provide Greece climbing updates and news. Through Climb Greece and Climb Kalymnos, our vision is to inform, inspire, and make Greece an even better climbing destination.

 

Climb Greece is still a work in progress. Regularly updated features will include an interactive route and crag database, a Greece climbing forum, and up-to-date reports about climbing developments. Our goal is to make information about climbing in Greece widely available and easy to understand. If you don't find what you are looking for on Climb Greece, please let us know.     Hi René, thanks for the information. I was planning to visit this area (Didimon), but looking at this old topo I was wondering if the equipment would still be in an good condition. You commented the anchors, but what about the bolts? do they look safe? And would you say the crag worth a visit? Thank you!

    We climbed a couple a routes there (then it started to rain). The bolts look safe. No problem as far as we could see. There are plenty of routes. Not so long but it is a very nice area. The underground is very soft since you will be walking on a carpet of goat-shit 😉

    Furthermore I would recommend the Katafiki sector. A drive-in practically and very nice rock.
